Favourite wax to use for my soy candles! Holds the scents well too
Happy with this wax. I do mix it with the coconut soy wax because i found it would pull away from the glass a little in the cold, the coconut helps with adhesion. Perfect surface everytime.
I have now covered some extensive testing with this wax. (Note - Winter testing)
I really like it but recommend it be double wicked with small wicks to reduce the tendency to soot which definitely occurs with a larger single wick.
The throw is lovely and recommend approx 6-7% FO maximum.
Cure for at least 4-7 days for better testing results if you’re a serious candle maker. Don’t be tempted to burn test too early as it will give you different inaccurate results for wicking and burn times/results.
Easy pour with no sink holes with setting - adhesion isn’t as great with clear glass jars but if you’re using a coloured jar you won’t notice.
The best blend with perfect finish color and oils blend well also
I always have peace of mind knowing that the wax is not toxic, and is safe for my household and customers
